How do I return an order?

1) Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

2) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

3) Select shipping method:

Choose first option to generate Royal Mail Tracked Returns label (a nominal fee of £3.95 will be required through our Returns Center).

Choose second option to ship using a courier of your choice. Please note we will not be responsible for any costs incurred by another return service.

3) You will get a confirmation email with the shipping label (Option 1) and guidelines once the return request is approved

4) Simply print your returns label off and stick it to the outside of your package or take the digital version of the label and get it printed at the Post Office by showing the QR code (Option 1). Alternatively, if you are using a courier of your choice, please keep the receipt of the shipment and include the RMA form in the parcel for tracibility.

How do I return a faulty item?

Under the rare circumstances an item is received in a faulty condition or becomes faulty within its warranty period, please follow the below instructions:

Provide the below images:

  • Image of the whole product. This will allow us to assess the overall condition and any external damage.
  • The label showing the batch number. This information is crucial for us to trace the product's origin and history.
  • Fault area, if visible. If there is a specific issue or damage, please provide clear images of the affected area, if applicable.

Please ensure that the images are clear and well-lit to facilitate a thorough review.

Once we receive these photos, our team will review them carefully, and we will then be in a better position to advise you on the next steps to resolve the matter.

Please email the above images to support@gsequestrian.com with your order number. Our customer service team will review the images and respond to you within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

  • Items must be in original condition with no damages to the product or the packaging. Do not stick anything on Shoe Boxes/Original Bags as this will void your return. 
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Promotional items from any offers must also be returned with your order

Non-refundable

  • Custom-made products
  • Undergarments

All items that are being returned must be clean and in the same condition, they were when they left our warehouse. If an item arrives dirty then we are unable to process your return request. The product will then be returned to you at your own cost. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We will not accept returns on any form of undergarments.

Are there any charges for return?

If you are returning your item(s) for a full or partial refund and would like to use our return label then a nominal fee of £3.95 will be required through our Returns Center.

Exchanges are FREE provided your order is processed through our returns center. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and not completely different products.

Please note We do not refund delivery costs unless order hasn't been sent out or the goods are faulty.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received by our returns team, it takes approximately 2-3 working days to process your returned item. The returns team will then inspect your item/s and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your returned item/s have been approved, then your refund will be processed. It will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Once the refund has been processed it normally takes 3-5 working days for the money to appear in your account.

Please note if you had received a free gift/product upon ordering during one of our promotional offers and would like to return you order, then you would also need to return the free gift/product back to us with the rest of your order. Should you return your order but keep the free gift/product, then the value price of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the order.Â
